Our annual Open Evening is an excellent opportunity for prospective George Pindar students and their families to visit the school, meet staff and students and take the first steps to becoming part of #TeamPindar.
Sadly this year we were not able to welcome you to the George Pindar site; this is in light of the ongoing Coronavirus restrictions. Nevertheless, we were delighted to hold our online ‘Open Evening Experience’ on Thursday 1 October.
We hope this provided you with all the information and inspiration you need to make George Pindar your first choice for secondary school!
In case you missed it…
If you missed it, don’t worry! You can see a recording of the presentation here:
We have so much to show you!
Please take a look at our videos, which give you and your child the chance to ‘see’ George Pindar and meet some of our students and staff. We hope they give you a real taste of our school and why we are #ProudToBePindar!
Parents and carers of transitioning pupils will also shortly receive a copy of our new school prospectus. We hope this will provide further advice and guidance to allow you to make your decision about your child’s education from Year 7. We will keep in touch with the newest members of #TeamPindar over the coming months to make the transition to secondary school as smooth as possible.
I would like to thank you for considering George Pindar School for your child; I, and my team, are very #ProudToBePindar and hope that at our online event we will be able to share this pride with you.

What do our parents say?
We love to hear what our parents and carers think of our school and are always delighted to hear feedback.
Here’s just a few quotes from some parents/carers whose children joined Year 7 in September 2020.
