George Pindar School provides a comprehensive programme of careers education information, advice and guidance. Our Library provides a large selection of prospectuses and guides and you are welcome to visit as many times as you wish. We are pleased that we have a dedicated careers adviser Mrs J Bilton who can be contacted via email at: email@example.com
Even if you think you know what you want to do in the future call in and have a browse through the details if you require more support speak to Mrs T Hall, our Careers Leader, or Mrs Bilton, our Careers Adviser, who can arrange for further Careers Guidance – there is rarely only one route to a career and there may be alternatives that you are not aware of. It doesn’t matter what school year you are in, it is never too early to begin researching your options. This is your future; it is important that you make informed choices. A Careers Guidance interview can help you with your next steps and our Careers Coordinator Mrs Jo Bilton is in school on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

We have a produced a Careers Directory in which you can find lots of information about different careers by subject. Do remember that the careers listed are not the ONLY careers available within each subject area, but the subject pages are a great place to start exploring your possible future career options.
START – START is used weekly in careers lessons as part of our Philosophy & Ethics programme and helps you to to make more informed decisions about future study and career options at the right time and in good time.

The Scholarshiphub – Paying for university or college? Tuition fees are increasing but loans are available to all students. Some students may even qualify for grants or bursaries.

The series includes blogs from an employee from GCHQ, an Engineer from Nestle, and a Musical Theatre Director from the Mamma Mia! Tour.
